Welcome to Lakewood, a community that prides itself on a love of it’s lake and the wooded, hilly terrain that surrounds it. Home to the best 4th of July parade outside of Washington DC and the cutest lemonade stands you’ll ever see, this community loves families…old and young, red and blue. It’s inclusive and eclectic and loves to support local businesses, local schools and causes near and dear to the heart.
The Lakewood Neighborhood Association (LNA) is one of the largest homeowners' associations in the city of Dallas, Texas, encompassing about 2,900 residences. In 2013, Lakewood ranked 9th on CNN Money’s list of “Best big-city” neighborhoods.” With its close proximity to downtown Dallas, great school system, and low crime rate, who wouldn’t want to live here?
The Mission of LNA is to enhance the security and beautification of the neighborhood, believing that an attractive, safe, and healthy neighborhood increases property values, supports existing businesses, and attracts new merchants.
While membership is voluntary, to vote on LNA issues you must be a current paid member of the Lakewood Neighborhood Association. Download the membership form here

. Annual dues fund additional neighborhood patrols by Dallas Police and beautification projects. All LNA Members are encouraged to attend the quarterly meetings as well as the monthly board meetings.
Quarterly Neighborhood Meetings take place in January, April, July, and in October at 6:30 p.m. The location of the meeting is announced 2 weeks prior to the meeting date. LNA Board Meetings occur on the second Tuesday of every month.
