About LNA

Lakewood Neighborhood Association (LNA) is one of the largest homeowners' associations in the city of Dallas, Texas, encompassing about 2,900 residences.  LNA focuses on issues relating to beautification and economic development, believing that an attractive, healthy neighborhood increases property values, supports existing businesses, and attracts new merchants.

While membership is voluntary, to vote on LNA issues you must be a current paid member of the Lakewood Neighborhood Association.

Annual dues fund distribution of the Lakewood Life newsletter and beautification projects.  Crime Watch dues fund specific crime watch activities. All residents are encouraged to attend the quarterly meetings and members are welcome to attend the monthly board meetings.
