| Riding the Bus |
|
Have a safe place to wait for the bus, away from the street and traffic.
Stay clear of the bus until it comes to a complete stop and the driver signals for riders to board.
When exiting the bus, take ten big steps straight out from the bus to gain some distance.
Use hand rails when boarding and unloading.

Enjoy a Safe Pool
Home pools are becoming more common every day. They provide an excellent means of recreation for your entire family and friends, but always be aware of the hazards associated with a pool. |
Safe Pool Practices
Never leave a child alone or out of eye contact in or near the pool or spa, not even for a second.
Young children should never be considered water safe, despite their swimming skills, previous instruction or experience.
Access to the pool should be limited by locking doors and gates whenever the area cannot be supervised.
